Remuneration of the Directors of the Foundation is determined by the Supervisory Board. Members of the Supervisory Board receive a compensation for their attendance to the 2 meeting taking place during the calendar year. The compensation is as follows:

• Supervisory Board Director: € 299/meeting

• Supervisory Board Chairman: € 388/meeting

Expenses made during the performance of their duties may be reimbursed.
